"Battle in the Streets" 163rd Civil War Anniversary Tour
In honor of the 163rd anniversary of the Civil War we are offering a Special 60-minute "Battle in the Streets" tour on June 30 - July 5 at 6:00 p.m. The first shot fired at Gettysburg July 1, 1863 at 7:30 am started the 3 day battle. Citizens were in a turmoil with a growing flood of wounded being brought into town. Fighting erupted in streets, alleys & yards as the war was brought to their doorstep. Walk these same streets and alleys with a Guide and hear the stories of the civilians who lived through these violent days.
(Reservations MUST be submitted more than 60 minutes prior to start time!)
